Q. I've configured WebUp to use SMTP
but none of the emails are being sent?
A. A problem with version 1.1.1 meant that if the global
email address hadn't been set up properly,
the other emails would not be sent. Version 1.1.2 fixes this problem.
Q. Why does WebUp report that the trial period
has ended when I have only just installed it?
A. A problem with version 1.0.1 meant that the evaluation
date was mis-interpreted, version 1.1.0 fixes this issue.
Q. When I start WebUp I get a VB Runtime Error,
what can I do to fix this?
A. This problem is most likely caused by your visual basic
runtime library, re-install the VB6 runtime libraries
from the installation directory of WebUp.
Q. Why doesn't WebUp dial out an internet
connection?
A. WebUp will only attempt to dial out if you have selected
a dial-up
account on the Connections tab and checked 'Trigger internet connection'.
Also, to allow WebUp to dial out
unattended you will need to ensure 'automatically connect' is selected
in your Internet Explorer settings, this can be found on the pop-up
window when you next attempt to dial an internet connection.
